The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the city center and within a 10-15 minute walk to Aristotle's Square. Additionally, there are small coffee shops, bakeries, and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for breakfast and quick shopping. The staff is helpful and polite, providing exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly. The rooms are clean, nicely designed, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

Some of the rooms may be affected by street noise, particularly those facing the street. Despite this, the hotel's location in a quieter side street helps to minimize the noise disturbance.

It was a new accommodation that was clean. Setting next to a safe area, Thessaloniki. The staff were affable and we had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. It had a private bathroom. Nice style of the building was accompanied by the beautiful inner decor. Everything was perfect, met needs.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to the city center and nearby attractions. Nothing not to love.

Staying at Polis was a breeze with smooth self check-in and check-out. The clean, well-equipped room had a super comfy bed and pillows, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I loved that the room was quiet and could be made dark, perfect for sleeping in. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. We found free parking on a nearby street, but there is also paid parking arranged close to the building. The spacious apartment had two bedrooms and all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and gas stove. The highlight was the large balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a drink in the evening. It was approximately a 20-minute walk to the new waterfront area of the city. The elevator was modern, spacious, and clean, and the staff were friendly with great English skills.

Convenient location near city center and bus stops. Very clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Received a free upgrade to rooms with double beds and a superb balcony. Noisy first night due to street work, but staff provided a restful apartment for the second night. Rooms well organized with clean bathrooms. Great English-speaking staff.

The central location allowed us to conveniently explore the city on foot, with grocery stores and charming cafes just steps away. The apartment provided all the necessary amenities, and the staff even gave us a city map and helpful suggestions for our sightseeing. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist us with our travel arrangements, ensuring we reached the airport on time. We highly recommend this apartment and would like to thank the staff for making our stay wonderful.

When I encountered noisy construction outside my room, they immediately moved me to a more peaceful apartment. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and had all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine and iron. The location was also convenient, close to shops and bars. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Oh and did I mention the value for the money was exceptional?
